         During this Pandemic as we have all seen on the news there have been lots of job losses and people placed on furlough through no fault of their own. This is an opportunity for businesses and  employers to take advantage of the market and availability of highly skilled people. Having worked within the Logistics and Ecommerce markets most of my career this is an area where it is growing faster than at any time and due to this all the companies within these areas are searching to fill the gaps this sudden growth is causing .

          Having worked in senior leadership roles within Sales I have recruited and managed large sales teams and it is important to make sure you use this time with the people that are available wiseley to give your company the best start it can have to 2021.
